    Reservation Terms & Conditions – Sparkle Limos

    Thank you for reserving with Sparkle Limos. For quality assurance, please review your reservation carefully for correct dates, times, and addresses. It is the customer’s responsibility to report any corrections. Sparkle Limos is not responsible for unreported errors. In case of any questions call us at (888) 558-3197.

    Payment & Cancellation Policy

    A 100% non-refundable payment is expected at the time of booking. A non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of reservation confirmation. We accept all major credit cards and cash payments. It needs to clear the payment 7 days before service date if pay by check. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Remaining balances must be paid 30 days before the reservation date and will be charged automatically to the card on file. Replying to our confirmation email constitutes acceptance of these terms. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at info@sparklelimos.com.

    Overtime Policy

    A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Overtime is charged by the hour not prorated per minute and will be charged with same hourly rate as per signed contract agreed upon at the time of booking. Credit card on file will be charged, prior to the event date for overtime. All overtime charges will be applied to the credit card on file. In the event, we have another arrangement after your service. Incase of another booking, we can’t give guarantee to provide you overtime hours beyond your contracted time block. Sparkle Limos reserves the right to end service once the contracted time expires. Please inform us in advance if you will need overtime and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request. If overtime occurs, the payment must be settled during the service hours.

    Passenger Capacity

    Vehicles may not exceed their rated passenger capacity. Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if capacity limits are exceeded.

    Stops & Addresses

    All stops and addresses must be provided in advance. Sparkle Limos is not responsible for time lost due to unlisted stops or navigation changes. Any tolls incurred are the customer’s responsibility.

    Traffic & Delays

    Sparkle Limos is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, detours, or passenger misdirection. Please ensure your booking time is selected carefully when reserving the service and allow extra time for travel if you feel it needed. No credits or refunds are issued due to traffic delays.

    Weather Policy

    Sparkle Limos reserves the right to suspend service if weather conditions are unsafe. In such cases, deposits will be held for a future rescheduled date.

    Smoking & Alcohol Policy

    All vehicles are non-smoking. To accommodate smoking outside the limousine, the driver may pull over and $250.00 charge will apply per occurrence. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Alcohol is not permitted if any passenger is under the age of 21. To ensure compliance with policy, alcohol must not be present during these instances. Service may be terminated if this condition is violated. A minimum $350.00 cleaning charges will apply if illness results in the need for steam cleaning and detailing to remove bodily fluids of passenger.

    Vehicle Damage Policy

    The booking guarantor assumes full financial responsibility for any vehicle damage,
    including stains, burns, broken components, or misuse. Disorderly or violent behavior
    may result in immediate termination of service without refund. Sparkle Limos reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses resulting from misuse of service and damage of vehicle.

    General Terms

    Sparkle Limos is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Passengers should leave the vehicle calmly and in an organized fashion. The client acknowledges that any claims or complaints must be submitted in writing to Sparkle Limos rentals within 7 days following the scheduled event. Chauffeurs have the discretion to decide whether the vehicle can safely maneuver tight turns or narrow entrances. When necessary, clients may be asked to walk to or from the vehicle. Passengers are not permitted to stand or walk inside the vehicle while it is moving. Sparkle Limos assumes no liability for injuries resulting from sudden or emergency stops of the vehicle. If for any reason the firm is unable to perform the service as contract, its maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of any monies paid by customers toward their rental or a credit towards future service. We reserve the right to substitute another equivalent standard vehicle in the unlikely event of mechanical failure. If a vehicle is expected to be out of service, we’ll inform you and outline your available options. In the event of a vehicle breakdown en route, we’ll provide you comparable substitute vehicle at no additional cost. Sparkle Limos can involve attorneys and collection agencies to recover monies in result of non payments and breach of this agreement. Noncompliance with any provision of this agreement may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your ride.


    By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Sparkle Limos terms and conditions, and that all payments are non-refundable.
